    Install, commission, and keep laboratory instruments running across hospitals and district labs. You own the uptime of the equipment you hand over.

    What you will own

    • Site preparation, installation, and validated commissioning of analysers
    • Preventive maintenance visits against a scheduled plan
    • Corrective repair on site or in workshop, within agreed SLAs
    • Traceable calibration with certificates the client's auditors accept
    • Clear handover documentation and end-user training at go-live

    What you bring

    • Degree or diploma in biomedical, electrical, or electronic engineering
    • Two or more years servicing diagnostic or laboratory equipment
    • Comfortable reading schematics and manufacturer service manuals
    • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to every province
    • English required; Kinyarwanda and French are a strong advantage

    What you will own

    • Assay set-up, verification, and method transfer at customer sites
    • Quality-control troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on drifting results
    • Run training for laboratory staff through the VIVACARE Academy
    • Support tenders and demonstrations with the commercial team

    What you bring

    • Degree in biomedical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or similar
    • Bench experience in haematology, clinical chemistry, or microbiology
    • Working knowledge of ISO 15189 and internal QC practice
    • Able to explain a method clearly to a room of practising scientists

    What you will own

    • Prepare and maintain product registrations with the Rwanda FDA
    • Assemble tender documentation and track submission deadlines
    • Keep manufacturer certificates and conformity documents current
    • Advise the commercial team on what may and may not be offered

    What you bring

    • Experience with medical-device or IVD regulatory submissions in East Africa
    • Meticulous document control; you notice a missing annex before a reviewer does
    • Strong written English and French
