What you will own
- Assay set-up, verification, and method transfer at customer sites
- Quality-control troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on drifting results
- Run training for laboratory staff through the VIVACARE Academy
- Support tenders and demonstrations with the commercial team
What you bring
- Degree in biomedical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or similar
- Bench experience in haematology, clinical chemistry, or microbiology
- Working knowledge of ISO 15189 and internal QC practice
- Able to explain a method clearly to a room of practising scientists
