VIVACARE HEALTH Solutions

Solutions

Configured for your institution.

No two laboratories carry the same caseload. We design solutions around your throughput, your budget cycle, and your staff, then stand behind them with engineering and training.

Common questions

What buyers ask us first.

These answers apply to every configuration on this page. A health post and a referral hospital get the same commitments, at different scale.

Something not answered here? Talk to a specialist.
  • Book a site assessment. A specialist looks at your caseload, the room you actually have, your staff and your power supply, then comes back with a configuration built around those. Nothing is quoted before that conversation.

  • Yes. Configurations are designed in stages, and each stage contains the one before it, so nothing bought in the first phase is stranded by the second. Most laboratories start with the bench they can staff today.

  • Installation and validation, training, a Care Plan with a written response time, and reagents held in Kigali stock. That is the same on every configuration, from a health post to a referral hospital.

  • We certify operators on every platform we install, and each year carries a refresher entitlement. The training is built around turnover rather than despite it — the technician you train will eventually move on.

  • The Care Plan covers scheduled maintenance, calibration certificates and priority repair, on a single invoice line your finance officer can budget for. The response time is written into the plan rather than left to goodwill.

  • We hold reagents in Kigali for every platform we place, and replenishment is scheduled rather than reactive. An analyser you cannot feed is not an analyser.

  • Every manufacturer passes an audit on three things: a quality system we can verify, regulatory documentation that survives inspection, and parts and training we can deliver locally. A brand we cannot service here is a brand we do not sell here.

  • No. A configuration is a starting point, not a catalogue order. A specialist tunes it to your throughput, your budget cycle and your staff before anything is quoted.

Not sure which of these you are? A site assessment answers it.
